Welcome to Tanya Kololian Coaching


I am Tanya, a transformation coach passionate about helping individuals achieve their greatest life goals by first optimizing their health. My passion for well-being grew from my own journey over the last number of years.  

In 2016, I was 296 pounds, medicated for depression and panic disorder and working in a career that was entirely unfulfilling. I had a knowing there was more available for me in this lifetime, but I didn’t know how to access it. I eventually started working on my health, losing 130 pounds and doing the deep inner work. My passion to help others led me to become certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the founder of Tanya Kololian Coaching, where I lead others on their own transformation journeys.  

Today, I am obsessed with the life I have created, and it is a true privilege to help unlock the same potential in you.

When I began this journey, I had to learn to trust the process.  I trusted that the small daily actions would eventually lead to the big results.

We identify your short-term and long-term goals and create a sustainable plan. This holistic reprogramming is the action put in place so you can start living and building an intentional life in the direction of your dreams.

NUTRITION

In this program we take a holistic approach to nutrition which reaches far beyond the food on your plate.  I believe we are a product of what we think, what we watch, what we listen to, who we surround ourselves with, and of course, what we eat.  Together we will assess these different areas of your life and implement the proper fuel to propel you towards your healthiest and best you.

LIFESTYLE

This program is designed to help you build sustainable habits that make you feel good.  Living each day with intention and deeply connecting to how you move through your day, from your morning routine to your workouts, to your diet, will change your experience of each day. These days add up to weeks, months, and ultimately the years that make up your life.
